This tutorial will demonstrate how to extend your school day calendars by editing the existing ones.
The easiest way to extend your school day calendars is to edit the existing calendars that are currently used by all your driver duties and services.
To begin, click on the Edit button, then go to the calendar period and extend the date.
After that, hit the Enter key.
You can then exclude the exclusion periods for this new calendar period. In the exclude period, you can select predefined New South Wales Public Holidays and School Holiday calendars.
Select the 2025 New South Wales School Holiday Calendar to exclude it, and do the same for the public holiday calendar.
Once complete, you may click the Save button. This will now update all your services that use the school day calendar.
As a result, these services will now all operate in the new year.
By following these steps, you will successfully extend your school day calendars for the upcoming year.
