Extending School Day Calendars

As the school year draws to a close. The simplest way to extend your school day calendars is to edit the existing calendars. These calendars are currently utilized by all your driver duties and services. To make the edit, simply click on the Edit button. Navigate to the calendar period and extend the date. Press the Enter key. You can then begin to exclude any exclusion periods for this new calendar period. In the exclusion period, you can select predefined New South Wales Public Holidays and School Holiday calendars. Choose the 2025 New South Wales School Holiday Calendar to exclude it. Do the same for the public holiday calendar. Once you’re done, you may click the Save button. This will now update all your services that utilize the school day calendar. These services are now all set to operate in the new year.
