Calendars

In Planable calendars, you can effortlessly set up your own calendar schedules. To do this, simply click on Add New Calendar Schedule. Here, you will be prompted to enter the calendar name and select your calendar inclusion base period. The easiest way to achieve this is by clicking the New Include Period button. Enter your base period's start and end date. For each calendar, you have the option to include exclusion calendar periods. For instance, we have some predefined calendars for the New South Wales school terms, school holidays, and public holidays. In this example, you are able to exclude the 2025 New South Wales public holidays. You can also exclude the 2025 New South Wales School holidays. Additionally, you can define the operating days that this calendar will operate on. In this case, for a school day calendar, you can select Mondays to Fridays or utilize the predefined dropdown. Click on the dropdown and select Weekdays. Finally, hit the Save button.
